The house condition is really bad. There is a creek behind the house and it states that lot is about 20K but I think usable lot maybe only 13K sqf.
The second floor room used as playroom but it is shaking when I walk inside. Maybe need work.
Overall, This house is not suitable for family who is ready to move in. Or You should rebuild it.

Met the owner today and was told that the house is sold. Will update here with the final price later..
