    price reduced to $1,899,000. On market almost 3 months now and still no sold. It is not normal in Los Altos city.

    Personally I don’t like that area since there is no plan before they build house. If you look at the google map and you will know what I am talking about.

    Pricing is key to sell a house especially in current market condition..
