Comments:      I personally went to the open house twice and overall I think the house is very nice. Owner bought the old house about three years and just rebuilt house with nice floor plan and durable material. This old house use to have a swiming pool but not any more. Mercedes Ave is a very quite street and very close to Santa Rita Elementary school and egan high school. Price just dropped a little bit from opening asking price.
